CSCTFL is March 20-22, 2014 in St. Louis, MO

"Unlock the Gateway to Communication" is the theme of this year's annual conference of the Central States Conference for the Teachers of Foreign Languages (CSCTFL), co-presented with the Foreign Language Association of Missouri (FLAM).

QTalk Publishing will be an exhibitor at the CSCTFL annual conference, March 20-22, 2014 in St. Louis, MO. The event is at the Hilton at the Ball Park. If you will be attending, please stop by the booth for a QTalk Method demonstration.

We'll show you how the Q-Cards, mini-Q-Cards, and other classroom manipulatives work separately and when combined with the technology suite. We'll have sample student books for you to browse through.

Teachers need to remain in the target language, even with beginning students. Explanations are boring. How can you introduce new vocabulary without translating? How can you keep your classes lively so that students will enjoy the class and remember what they are learning?
How do you keep every student engaged, even those who struggle with academic subjects?

You may discover the solution to these challenges when you examine the QTalk Method, Maurice Hazan's amazing visual approach to language instruction. Now used in hundreds of schools, both public and private, throughout the United States and in other countries around the world.

Looking for solutions for Apple TV, iPads, Smartboard, and tablets? We can't wait to show you the newest Online Games, the new flipbooks, QTalk Blocks, and more.

Language teachers in the Central States region: Thinking about attending the conference but not sure whether to go? We encourage you to attend. It will be a wonderful conference this year. Register for CSCTFL if you have not already done so. It's not too late to decide to participate. QTalk was late getting our registration in, so we are not in the printed program, but rest assured we will be there!
